Here, you’ll dive into the art of making crispy Vietnamese pancakes: they're filled with beef, fresh herbs, and delicate rice paper. Not only will you savor them, but you’ll also master the technique of Rolling them like a local!

Next, it’s time to embrace southern vietnamese flavors with a rare and unique treat: Hairy Ark Clams, prepared Ho Chi Minh City-style with a very generous dash of Black Pepper.

Pull up a tiny stool, as the locals do, and join us at a friendly street vendor for a bite of the legendary Bánh Mì—Vietnam’s beloved sandwich.

To wash it down, we’ll sample three refreshing herbal juices, each packed with health benefits and bursting with local flavors.

Before diving deeper into the culinary wonders, take a moment to admire the elegant Notre-Dame Cathedral, wander through the lively Book Street, and be captivated by the dreamlike architecture of the Central Post Office.
